Wow. This guy mark has saved me this weekend. My main car broke last week. So all week iv been driving everywhere. Trying to find a car that was advertised. Everywhere I got. They wasn't what was described , came across mark , after nearly giving up , rang him Saturday but he was away , his car place is closed sundays. But the nice guy he is , said once he got home I could come to view the car. Id read all his reviews on line. Which was outstanding. Not one negative. How he described the car , was outstanding. I was so happy. He assured me , kept to his word. What a lovely honest guy he is. Stuck to his word , allowing me to come over on his day off. The cars immaculate. Faultless start to finish.
We bought a car off mark just before Christmas and I can't fault anything from start to finish. After spending a few weeks (because im very picky) looking at cars to replace our car after an accident, I found one at marks. He went above and beyond to help us out, letting me have a viewing and test drive after hours on a weekend and sorting out a cambelt replacement and getting the car ready for us for the Christmas period. (Saving me a small fortune in hire cars) I really can't recommend mark enough and will definitely be looking at marks first in the future when we need our next car or van for my work.

Fantastic service by MB car sales!I enquired about the vehicle while Mark was away for the weekend. I explained that I was in a hurry for a car due to needing it for work. I was so shocked that Mark would kindly cut his break away short, so that I could view the car that Sunday. He had even had the car washed and the air con gas refilled. After a quick test drive, I knew the car was for me. The process was very easy and well explained.After 7 days the car, which is a Fiat 500L had a check engine warning. I called Mark who was just as surprised as I was. MB Car Sales took care of the issue as it was under warranty. It turned out to be a faulty sensor, something that couldn't have been predicted.Big thanks to Mark for going above and beyond.

After reading MB Car Sales outstanding reviews and website values. I decided to pull the trigger. I expressed interest in the car and after accepting Marks invite to call the next morning I went ahead and placed a small holding fee. Mark came across open and honest, an absolute genuine guy, a pleasure to talk with.

Upon viewing the car... Sharon collected me from the local train station in the car and took me back to their premises so I could thoroughly inspect the car before a test drive.

Happy with the vehicle and with any questions answered i was very happy to purchase the car. Sharon went above and beyond in assisting me with the paperwork, an absolute gem. Within the hour I was heading home.

Excellent service from start to finish. We purchased our daughters first car from MB, called on Friday afternoon and had a private appointment with Sharon Friday teatime to view. Was advised car would be MOT\'d on Monday, we paid deposit and left, received a phone call from Sharon on way home to say they would also service the car as it was a first car and Mark wanted it to be spot on for our daughter. MOT came back with a fault on exhaust Mark informed us that he would get that done and cover cost. We collected the car a few days later absolutely immaculate inside and out. 12 Months MOT and full service history. 2 days after driving engine management light came on, contacted Mark he replied immediately and told us to take it to the garage he uses the day after, we did issue resolved in 24 hours at Marks expense. Car drives perfectly. Would recommend MB Car Sales to everyone! Amazing customer service.

My mum's car packed up last month so we've been on the look out for a replacement. She only needed a small car to potter about in (shopping, hairdressers, doctors) so we were looking for something fairly reliable and under 2K. We saw that MB Car Sales were advertising a Toyota Yaris (via Autotrader UK) that seemed to fit the bill. I work overseas but it was so easy to communicate with Mark at MB Car Sales via SMS about the car (history, condition, tax etc) and there were plenty of other details that can be found on the garage's website. My mum was a bit nervous about driving the car back from the garage as she was unfamiliar with the roads, so Mark kindly offered to arrange delivery at no extra cost. The whole process was very straightforward and all done and dusted in 3 days! We would definitely get in touch with MB Car Sales if we were in the market for another vehicle.

Great Service, and all round perfect car
I was looking for a car, and searched autotrader for months, then one popped up and straight away knew that car was for me!

I messaged Mark (MB Car Sales) immediately, think it was quite late. The following morning Mark contacted me back, via message as was my request due to limited phone signal where I am. We tried a brief call but yeah was poor signal. I asked if it would come with 12 month MOT which he gladly obliged and Mark said a service would be done too. Paid my deposit so this could commence and to take it off sale to get ready for me to collect, and a date arranged. Mark in the mean time was happy to answer any questions, and kept me informed.

Upon arrival to collect, the car was going through some last minute checks, by a lady called Sharron. Bearing in mind I hadn't seen this car in the flesh up to this point! But it was stunning, inside and out! Sharron finished her checks and invited me to take a good luck around the car. I'm 53 and i was like a kid in a sweet shop, the body work, engine, trim everything for age of car was perfect! It drives flawlessly, I couldn't be happier.

The best car buying experience ever. Mark wasn't pushy, he didn't tell "porkies". He was very honest and upfront. The best prices I've seen in a long time across all of his vehicles. Very quick and efficient at his profession. 1st class service. Professional throughout the whole experience. I highly recommend MB CAR SALES what a lovely family run business. Right from the start, taking a long shot and calling Mark late on a Friday evening. With the hope of viewing and travelling 226 miles to purchase the car Saturday. Who to my surprise not only answered my call but was more than helpful with any enquiries I had to make about the car. He arranged for me to meet Sharon for a private viewing the very next day as requested. And I certainly was not disappointed. The car was exactly as advertised and described. Immaculate inside and out with a high spec valet to finish it off. Sharon was professional and welcoming. When i arrived for the viewing on a pretty hot day, Sharon had noted that on the drive from there lot to showroom the air conditioning was not working. And had negotiated with Mark who decided to take the price of recharging the air conditioning off the already fairly priced vehicle. All round brilliant experience and I will be making any future vehicle purchases from Mark Sharon and the team at MB CAR SALES.

Had i been reading this review, as written by someone else, i'd likely be sceptical. However.....
During my initial enquiring and again, later, at the point of sale, several minor but irritating issues arose - all entirely on my part. These matters were resolved with amiable and courteous efficiency.
To each as he may find, of course, but i recall few previous occasions having received such exceptional good service. If this typifies the manner in which this family business attend all their customers, then you won't go far wrong. Based on my experience today (31/01/23) i recommend them unhesitatingly. Don't be a cynic, check for yourself, there's no commitment - or perhaps you should be if you don't !!

From initial contact to being picked up at the station today everything went as smooth as clockwork.
Van was as described, FSH newly MOT'd and serviced. Just as Mark described over the phone its a great driver. Lovely example of a 16 plate van.

Bought a car from Mark today and the experience had been brilliant start to finish. Easy to get hold of, stayed in touch throughout the sale and went out of his way to help.
The car was as good if not better than the photos showed. Drives lovely, full service, MOT and new tyres before collection.
The day of collecting the car Mark knew I was travelling in from out of town via train so he arranged to pick me up from the train station. Connecting train was late so again went out of his way to pick me up from a different location just so we could get things moving quickly.
Honesty couldn't fault him at all, would thoroughly recommend. Overall excellent service and top bloke

Buying my first car in UK, knowing nothing about cars and with no one who could help and advice could be a challenge, however Mb cars made everything much easier for me.
As soon as I saw the advert on autotrader, I called the company and had a chat with Mark, who was as honest with me as I was with him. I told him I have no clue about cars and I would not be able to see it first (I live in Reading and also what's the point if don't know what I have to look). He was very honest and said the car has had a good maintenance, he drove the car himself and it drives perfectly, the only issue is one of the keys only opens and closes the car but nothing else.
Taking all the potential risks, I paid the deposit for the car with the idea of picking it up that week. Unfortunately my company sent me abroad for work 2 weeks and then I had another week booked for holidays. This was not an issue as they kept the car reserved for me and they even changed the cambelt and water pipe as it was due.
I finally picked up my car two days ago. They collected me from the train station which was very kind from them and I would say the car it's exactly what I expected and more. Not even a tiny scratch and I drove it all the way back to Reading with no problems at all. Very smooth drive.
I think they are a super serious and professional team who is not sales driven but excellence driven. They are only focus on give what the customer need and help as much as possible.
I would highly recommend them to everyone and I will deffo buy cars from them in the future again because the experience has just been outstanding.

From the moment I rang Mb car sales, I was totally put at ease with Mark. No pushy salesman talk. He just sounded sincere and knowledgeable.
I went down to have a look with my car to part exchange. When I got there my car wouldn't start as the starter motor was sticking. Anyway I was met by the lovely Sharon who was just the loveliest lady you could meet and could do enough for me.
I looked at the van and it was just like the advertisement stated even better seeing it. I've been back today to pass my car Vauxhall Astra on in ox for the van, mark said he would put on a new starter motor so who ever ends up with my old car will be getting a good work horse. I'm absolutely over the moon with my new van, even come with a 30 day warranty. I've drove home back to Goole happy as lamb.

Bought a 10 year old Peugeot 208 from Mark on 24/10/21. Travelled approximately 260 miles in it so far with no problems whatsoever. Drives nice and smooth with no unwanted sounds/knocks/rattles. Absolutely professional service from initial enquiry to completion of sale. Mark is one of those people you can't help but like. Down to earth, straight talking and friendly. He clearly takes great pride in his business. Not what I'd call a "typical" used car salesman. My wife and I are delighted with the Kia Sportage we bought from MB. I'd already been offered finance with a broker and I was happy with the rates but Mark said to hold on while he checked with his own broker to see if he could get a better deal. Suffice to say Mark saved me £660 in interest! The car was EXACTLY as described and came with new MOT, service, new tyres and fresh new number plates. Every detail was seen to, even the screen wash was filled with proper cleaning fluid not just soap and water. Apart from the fact that the car is 8 years old the whole experience felt like I was buying a new car. Mark even made sure the fuel tank was filled during the panic buying madness as we had a hundred and twenty mile drive to get home. Top bloke, excellent quality service.

Mark is a professional car sales man , who takes pride in his stock of cars. I am not an easy customer for a car sales man , I don't like car sales man, but it was hard not to like mark he kept good clear communication on our 2 hour journey to Sheffield made us feel welcome and as soon as the garage door opened before the door had reached the top I had made up my mind to buy the car, it was mint I was viewing an 11 year car which was polished and presented like a new car. the car was mint inside and out every single piece cleaned. mark showed and exampled the car service history made perfect sense, he explained all about the engine service he had carried out on the car (usually I don't believe car salesman about this service) but you could clearly see it had been done and he showed an itemized receipt for the parts. mark sat us down in the office and filled in all the correct paperwork and he was processing the paperwork as he went, so no waiting around for the log book for me.

Looked everywhere for a used Vauxhall Zafira at the right price in good condition I finally found that car as described at MBCAR SALES, the car was spot on, as described and obviously handpicked at a great price. I live in Bristol which is almost 200miles away, so Mark spent plenty of time on the phone to me accurately describing the car and answering any questions that i had.
